One must be;

• A single female who has never been married.
• 17 years of age and a high school senior by their first appearance in a local preliminary or state competition.
•  no older than 24 years of age.
• must have no children
• A resident of NJ

9. Talent Request Form (pdf download) (in case of 2 requests for the same music the contestant whose form is received first will be allowed to use the music)

11. Contestant photo (we need a hardcopy 5x7 and an emailed photo for website)
12. Music CD (no tapes and music cannot exceed 90 seconds in time)
